Coastal Development Company services commercial and residential construction projects in Southeastern, VA. Class A licensed and insured, our team specializes in land development, site contracting and building construction. 

 

Coastal Development Company was established by Daniel Palkovic and is based out of Gloucester, VA. Daniel’s previous career in the construction field gave him the opportunity to build over 250 residential homes in various housing developments on the Peninsula. He went on to establish his own business to provide new construction homes, remodels, and work with investors to build spec homes.

 

Since then, we have grown to developing land for large commercial projects while earning repeat business opportunities with some of the areas largest general contractors. We are proud of the Coastal Development Company team that we have built and the machinery we have acquired to deliver high quality service on all our projects.
